GAACC has four cubicles that are available for rent to our members. Utilization is from 8:30am – 5:00pm with 12 month leases. Leases are availability and need, and may be renewed on a case by case basis.

GAACC partners with Economic Growth Business Incubator (EGBI) and PeopleFund to offer business and office space support to the underserved entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs who complete EGBI’s Business Plan program, PeopleFund borrowers will be eligible for low cost 12 month leases at GAACC’s office cubicles.

Cubicle rates are listed below. Cubicle #4 is next to a window and is $50/month more. Includes dedicated cubicle, WiFi, mail receipt, 4 hours of conference room per month (as available), door access code, and access to GAACC staff counseling.

  • EGBI graduates & PeopleFund borrowers: $150/month
  • GAACC members: $150/month
  • Non EGBI/PeopleFund/GAACC: $200/month

To lease a cubicle, complete and return this Policies and Application Form, or contact us at 512-407-8240. Leases will require $50 application fee, background check, references, signed lease agreement, general liability insurance and one month deposit. Decisions by GAACC on lease applications and renewals are final.
